2. Neutral series (less reflective, natural coloring, stainless steel construction)

The Solar Reflective series of films offered by Arizona Sunbusters is constructed with Aluminum. This series includes a wide variety of film darknesses and color range such as Silver and Bronze. Neutral Series Films:
Natural Look Films:
The Neutral tints offered by Arizona Sunbusters have a less mirrored look from the outside and constructed of such materials as Stainless Steel. This series is a widely accepted solar-solution for homes and buildings around the globe that also need the protection of a safety film. These films are grey-toned with a low reflective quality that makes them a natural complement to most interior and exterior color schemes. The stainless steel metal, laminating adhesives and scratch-resistant coating used in this film series provide high performance, durability and longevity – making it the preferred choice of many local Arizona homeowners.

Arizona Sunbusters ceramic films provide the perfect solution for blocking excessive solar
radiation in residential homes or commercial buildings while still delivering optical clarity and sophisticated good looks.
Our ceramic type film is neither a dyed nor a metal film. It’s actually constructed using state-of-the-art Titanium Nitride (TiN), which produces a unique, durable ceramic film blend that is unparalleled in the industry. The result is a film that delivers exceptional solar heat rejection by blocking infrared IR (infrared rays) better than most films on the market.

Solar Transmittance (T)
The amount of solar energy (visible, infrared and ultraviolet) that passes through a glazing system, expressed as a percent.
When sunlight strikes glass, solar energy is either transmitted through the pane of glass, absorbed by the glass or reflected away from the glass. The type of glass and window film applied causes varying transmittance results, shown as a percent – this is the amount of solar energy that entered through the glass and film. Always refer to a manufacturer’s film-to-glass installation recommendation.
Solar Absorptance (A)
The amount of solar energy (visible, infrared and ultraviolet,) that is absorbed by the glazing system, expressed as percent.
When sunlight strikes glass, solar energy is either transmitted through the glass, absorbed by the glass or reflected away from the glass. The type of glass and window film applied causes varying absorptance results, expressed as a percent – this is the amount of solar energy that the glass and film retains. Always refer to a manufacturer’s film-to-glass installation recommendation.
Solar Reflectance (R)
The amount of solar energy (visible, infrared and ultraviolet) that is reflected by the glazing system, expressed as a percent.

The type of glass and window film applied causes varying reflectance results, shown as a percent – this is the amount of solar energy that the glass and film rejects away.
